My first experience with Innovative and Ken Verrette could not have been better. I was frustrated with big time car dealer service and decided to give Innovative the work based on reviews I read. It was a very friendly, courteous experience and I will certainly come back. The problems with my old (but very well cared-for) car were diagnosed quickly & properly and fixed, even though some parts were difficult to locate.
