They always take care of me. If I inquire about a part I think is about ready for replacement and it’s good for another 20,000 they tell me. Never heard that from a dealership!

Constantly providing outstanding customer service and know their way around any make or model. Recently took our car to the dealership for some warranty work. Everything seemed fixed for a few weeks then the exact problems came back. We called the dealership and they pretty much laughed about it which really pissed us off! So instead of going back, we trusted the guys at Innovative Auto to preform the work properly and of course they came through as always finding the problems, fixing it correctly and charging a very fair price. They treat everyone with respect and don’t make women feel they are getting ripped off or told repairs are needed when they aren’t. Would NEVER even consider going to another repair shop!!! So... if you want a problem fixed the first time and expect a reasonable price, you should give em a try.

It's pretty simple. These guys are really good and you can trust them!

Proof positive that Innovative always honors its warranties on defective parts. Never had an issue with a bad part before from Innovative but suppliers handle products the best they can. Ken got on it and found the replacement part that fixed it for good.
