I dropped my car off the day before the deep winter freeze caused power to go out across the state, and the owner Rick Palmer kept me well-informed and up-to-date on the status of my car while we waited for power to return so he could get techs in to look it over. In addition to this, once technicians were able to give it a look, Tommy also did a good job of keeping me informed on how things were going and was eager to discuss specifics regarding my car's issues. This establishment is known for being flexible and accommodating to all types of situations, and I appreciated their efforts to give me an accurate and fair experience at a rough time when I was without reliable transport. I would consider going to them again simply for the promptness and wonderful service they gave me. It also doesn't hurt that they know what they are talking about when it comes to cars.
