Always excellent service, and they are very proactive in looking for potential problems.

Consistency is Innovative's trademark. I have never been disappointed with their work or questioned the repairs they recommended. Rick seems to have a loyal, friendly and hardworking staff. I've been taking all my vehicles to Innovative for about two years and don't plan on going anywhere else. When I visit the shop I see customers there who have clearly been regulars for some time, and I understand why.
