They do exactly what they say they will do, they call you for authorization to proceed, they provide regular updates. While the car is in the service bay, they inspect the auto for those little things annoying things that need to be done saving you lots of time, money & aggravation later on. I was in Plano on business from Michigan. My AC died in my vehicle on the way down. It was hot and miserable. I was desperate to have someone look at it in hopes of getting it fixed. The guys at Innovative were helpful over the phone and told me to bring it in. Upon arrival I was greeted with kindness and an immediate attention to my problem. The guys were quick to come out and have a look. They had my parts in hand and started on my car within 20 minutes of being there. The waiting room was very nice and comfortable. The conversation was also good with the guys. I have never had such kind service at any auto facility, especially as an out of towner. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service is great. Highly recommend these guys!

I live alone, I have only one car, I live a long ways away in McKinney with few people I can call on when I deliver my vehicle. Normally, I ride my trike back home, but it was rainy. Ken was nice enough to expedite my brake repair and send me on my way. Thank you, Kenny!
