The guys go to great length to diagnose the problem and to fix it in a satisfactory manner. I am new to Innovative Auto Works having used another shop for over 30 years, but so far have been impressed with their knowledge and communication of the issues.

Can always count on the service from Innovative. Have been a customer since moving to Plano in 1997 and continue to recommend them to friends. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else (unless it is warranty work from the dealership).
