Innovative does an excellent job of repairing and maintaining our vehicles. They have repaired issues such as emission system for the "Check Engine" warning, replaced fuel pump and relays to fix an intermittent start problem, and recently replaced a broken power window regulator. The employee honesty and integrity are refreshing in the auto service industry.

BMW E53 X5 infamous exterior door handle carrier failure; this one had a stretched cable rather than broken pot metal assembly. Innovative took care of it; had to get part from dealer unfortunately, but got it done and back to me quickly. Dependable service; that's why I always go back to them!
