got an oil change on my Accord, it was done fast, waited in their oh so cool waiting room, had a perfect cup of coffee and watched some TV while waiting.....I'm going back for more!!!!

I've taken my cars to Innovative Auto Works several times over the last couple of years and I always get great service at affordable prices - much less than the auto shops and dealerships I've dealt with before. The guys at IOW have never tried to sell unnecessary repairs. They even take the time to talk me through the repairs they've done. Overall, a suprisingly pleasant experience that takes the dread out of car repair.

I got a coupon for a free oil change for my birthday in the mail. Called the guys up and got an appt 2 days later. They did it on time and with a smile on their faces! They have the BEST waiting room I've ever seen. Great coffee maker and excellent chairs and magazine selection. There was a flat screen on the wall but it was nice to sit and read. I'm going back for some more work on my old truck. Great job!!

Ken provided excellent customer service. I appreciated how well explained the problem and solution to my car's issues. He took me to the vehicle and ran me through a short tutorial. I appreciated this extra measure, because it helped me make a informed decision on whether to move forward with the repair. He offered solutions on how to reduce the expense. I believe he was honest and straightforward in the transaction. The pricing was fair. I am especially thrilled that he was able to get my Toyota Camry back on the road!!! :) I am definitely grateful to Sally A. for recommending Innovative Auto Works to me. She and Innovative were a blessing, because otherwise my Camry would be sitting in the junk yard today. I will most certainly be giving them my business in the future.

Ken and the crew at Innovative are always timely and precise in their work. Good and TRUSTWORTHY mechanics are so hard to find, but the customer service at Innovative excels every service company I use on a regular basis.
