I have been taking my car to Innovative for years.I bought a new car 5 years ago and haven't had to go there in 5 years. They are still on top of their game and REMEMBERED ME! I dropped my car off Sunday night with the keys and a note. By 9:00am the next day they were already working on the diagnostic testing. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had my car back that afternoon. They have always been honest and provide quality service. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!

We have been customers with Innovative for over 15 years. We have always had exceptional service. Our vehicle is always complete within the same day we drop it off. Their prices cannot be beat and they do not perform work that does not need to be done. We have been able to keep our older cars running longer because of the great service and care that Innovative provides.

I have been taking my Mercedes SL500 and BMW525 to Innovative for years. I have never had any issues with the service or personnel and would recommend Innovative to anyone.
