BMW E53 X5 infamous exterior door handle carrier failure; this one had a stretched cable rather than broken pot metal assembly. Innovative took care of it; had to get part from dealer unfortunately, but got it done and back to me quickly. Dependable service; that's why I always go back to them!

The guys at Innovative are always courteous and honest. We thought we needed front and rear brake jobs. They found that only front brakes needed work. I was not charged for or told I needed work that I didn't!
