I appreciated this extra measure, because it helped me make a informed decision on whether to move forward with the repair. He offered solutions on how to reduce the expense. I believe he was honest and straightforward in the transaction. The pricing was fair. I am especially thrilled that he was able to get my Toyota Camry back on the road!!! :) I am definitely grateful to Sally A. for recommending Innovative Auto Works to me.
