As always the service was great! We can always count on them to be honest and thorough when looking at our car. They make choices that's best for the customer and not their pocket book.

I took my truck in because I was having problems with the locking mechanism on the driver's side door. They gave me an initial estimate based on replacing a defective part. Once they got inside, they saw the part was working but something had become disconnected. They reattached and didn't charge me anything! Great guys!

For the past 12 years, I have trusted Innovative with all repairs I could bring to them, (I live remotely). I continue to have a good overall experience with them.I do wish they were open some time during the weekend, because it's difficult to get to them during the week, especially if they have my car.

Ken and the guys at Innovative do such a great job. A friend of mine introduced me to Innovative and I have not had any negative issues. Ken is always so quick to get me in and out. I have referred friends to them as well.Oh, the auto work is great also.
