BETTER THAN EXCELLENT! I GOT ESTIMATES FROM 2 OTHER SHOPS. INOVATIVE'S INSPECTION WAS THOROUGH AND DID NOT INCLUDE ANY "UNNECESSARY" ITEMS BUT DID FIND ONE IMPORTANT ITEM THAT THE OTHERS MISSED.THE ESTIMATE INCLUDED ITEMS TO WATCH IN THE FUTURE BUT WERE NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME TO KEEP THE PRICE DOWN NOW. THEY TOOK EXTRA TIME TO DISCUSS THINGS.THE FINAL BILL CAME IN LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE. NOW THIS OLDER SECOND CAR WILL PROBABLY LAST ANOTHER 50,000 MILES. I AVOIDED BUYING A USED CAR (WITH SOMEONE ELSES PROBLEMS).

I scheduled an oil change while out of town for 8 a.m. Monday morning. I was on a tight schedule and they hit the road running at 8:00AM sharp. I barely had time to set up my laptop and have two cups of thier coffee in their comfortable customer lounge before I heard the exhaust note of my G35 Coupe outside the door.You might find a slightly lower price on an oil change but not a better experience, and, they do not try to up-sell anything.

Took in my car, was easy to schedule a convenient time and they worked with me to get me the car in time for picking up my daughter in the afternoon. They also had been monitoring my rear brake pads that they had mentioned earlier that might need replacement. I was prepared that this might be a possibility this time. Very reasonable.

Rick and Ken were great to work with. Thanks for a good job. I will be back.

My husband's car would not start- even after a jump so we had it towed to IA. We were bracing ourselves to hear "alternator" or "starter", but it was just dead- really, really dead due to a bad battery. Ken, the amazing front guy who we adore, told me that all was fine but the battery was defective. He charged it so I could take it to where we bought the battery to have it replaced under warranty. Unless we are dealing with something covered under warranty, we take it to IA. Rick and Laura are friends through church and I trust them. So grateful to have a place to take our vehicles where I know they are honest and are looking out for our safety. Couldn't find a better place!

It would be nice, though, when I have a lengthy repair that you could provide a ride home and pickup when the car is finished.Otherwise, you guys are the best!
