Friendly and courteous service as always. This was a 105,000 mile service. They looked at my records and advised me of recent work they had done on the car enabling me to choose which work I wanted to have done at this time. I noted an upcoming long trip and they did a thorough inspection of the car to insure roadworthyness.

Took it in early that morning and was out before you know it. They completed the required service maintenance checks and completed the documentation in the service maintenance booklet for me. They also recommended that I take it additionally to the tire specialists for balance since I have the maintenance certificate from them that covers the balance piece. They also recommended a contact for some body/paint work.

it's been my experience that since i don't know much about cars that i'm being told things that aren't true and pay for work that wasn't needed. with innovative, i don't have that fear. it's a great feeling. and a secure feeling.
