Fabulous!!! I love Innovative. I feel that they are always honest with me. Ken tells me what is going on with my vehicles and prioritizes what needs to be done. If he can't do it or some other business does it better, he lets me know and will even let them know I'm on my way. In my opinion, the best place to take your vehicle. I sent my parents there and we take all of our cars there. I never hesitate to recommend them. They are not a chain but a family run business. The waiting room is wonderful too.
