Recently I brought my old X5 to Innovative to look at uneven ride height; sometimes a problem with self leveling suspension on these vehicles. All diagnostics checked out, yet the height was still off. Rick didn't quit and say he couldn't resolve the problem as I suspect other shops would have done. He personally went the extra mile to identify a bent control arm and bracket that was throwing everything off. He modified the bracket to allow the vehicle's computer to stop being fooled by the misaligned bracket and start adjusting ride height correctly. Problem solved! Innovative approach? You bet!

Ken is always very helpful but my car smelled of cigarette smoke and the steering wheel was quite greasy after the repairs were made.

Innovative Auto works has taken care of my Nissan Rogue. I trust them totally. They give great advise and are good about getting you in quickly! This auto place is the only place I will take my car too! I had a Honda Accord several years old That started having major issues. They checked it out ,and told me to go park it because not safe to drive . The repairs would cost more then car worth. So whenever I have any issues with my vehicle ,I go to them first. They also have great coupons that I use.
