My first experience with Innovative and Ken Verrette could not have been better. I was frustrated with big time car dealer service and decided to give Innovative the work based on reviews I read. It was a very friendly, courteous experience and I will certainly come back. The problems with my old (but very well cared-for) car were diagnosed quickly & properly and fixed, even though some parts were difficult to locate. It was great to be able to speak directly with the mechanic that did the work. Charges were very reasonable. Thanks again, Ken
