Very nice and helpful! I brought a used car in for an inspection before decided to purchase the car for sure. They were quick and very informative about their findings.

Innovative is staffed with very friendly, trustworthy individuals. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they thankfully let me know that I was up for inspection. What was great to me, however, was that they insured they had notified me and gotten my consent before performing the inspection and upcharging me for it. I've had bad experiences with other places doing unsolicited work and charging me upwards of $200 for an oil change because of work I didn't expect them to do. Not so with Innovative! Great guys, and I plan on looking to them for all my car's needs in the future.

Rick Palmer and his shop provided excellent, timely service to me (on very short notice), and at a price that was more than fair. My truck was fixed quickly and I was provided a detailed bill which set forth the price for all parts and labor, which I appreciated. I would offer my highest recommendation to Rick and Innovative Auto Repair.

Friendly and got me in and out very efficient. Will go back when more work is needed.
