Ken and Rick are always great to work with. They understand not everyone is made of money and will tell you what work is important now and what can wait.

Great service and I took them quite a list of things to fix on the truck. It was due for some TLC. Thanks to Ken, Rick, and all the guys!

I came in for a 2nd opinion diagnostic, which was done within a couple of hours, and I ended up having Innovative do all the work. I feel that they are honest, and I appreciated the direct approach. They are fast, professional, fair and a pleasure to work with!
