I had taken my car to Innovative for years before I moved out of the Country. I'm stateside once again after 5 years abroad and am taking my car back to Innovative for maintenance and repairs. They remembered me after all the years being away, and that speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. I trust them to be honest and fair as well as thorough and prompt in the service they offer.

The only problem with the repair was that it wasn’t free, as all repairs should be! (Teehee!)
