Thank you. Tom thank you so much for all your fast diagnosis and repair. I was hit by a another vehicle and it totaled my CRV but with such low mileage I did;t want to give it up when it was just my back end. I called innovative and sent them the invoice from collision caliber and Tom said we can fix it so we “bought it back” so to speak and had it towed to Innovative auto. Not only did they say no problems but they repair it for more than a $1000 less than CC estimate. And it was done in two days. New axel, muffler, everything. Thanks to USAA and innovative auto My little old 2006 CRV was back on the road in less then one week. Thank you guys. Thank you Tom and thank you Ken for always being so helpful all these years.
