I know when they tell me something needs to be done or I can wait before I have something done on the car . They are being honest !!!!! They are not out to screw people out of money . Innovative Auto Works is just the ultimate car care service center. I have been using them for 15 years. My cars have always come out better than when I brought them in. Great prices and friendly service. They always keep me informed of the status and never upsell. Ken at the front desk is a decent and kind professional! The mechanics in the back are TOTALLY COMPETENT! They ARE the place for car repairs️️️

Innovative continues to do a great job on my Infiniti. They are honest and straight forward and they do a quality job. It is hard to find places where they are not always trying to fix something that is not broken. The team and Innovative will fix what is broken and not try to sell you on various system flushes like other places. I recommend them highly.
