Innovative did a great job installing my new battery in my 2012 Toyota Highlander.

We’ve done business with these guys for years now, and not one time have we ever been disappointed with the professional service we’ve received. I shudder to think there will come a time when you guys all retire and we have to search elsewhere for a honest mechanic shop. I pray you work many years and have long life. Thank you for taking such excellent care of us and our family’s vehicles.

I had a piece of rubber tubing dangling off of my car and they fixed it in under an hour and didn’t charge me for parts or labor. The scheduling process was very easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be recommending them to others looking for car service.

Kudos to Ken and the Innovative Autoworks team for the excellent work and courteous service provided. I only had a headlight beam out but the Audi Dealership wanted me to pay over $1000 to replace but when I called Ken he told me he could do it for a lot less and he kept his word and even gave me a $25 discount.
