Ken was very helpful. He even took the time to point out a couple of things that do not require fixing now, but he recommended I keep an eye on them in the future. Innovative Auto honored their warranty and repaired my car free of charge when a part they had installed stopped working. It is good to know they stand behind their work even when the failure is not their fault.
