Great friendly service!

I was dreading what would be the diagnosis when my check engine light came on the day before my registration renewal was due. However, I knew I would receive an accurate and complete diagnosis if I took my car to Ken and the team at Innovation Auto Works. The issue was minor (as far as what could have been the issue) took less than a day to repair and at a very reasonable/affordable cost!!!

Office and mechanical staff continue their long tradition of excellent customer communication and professional care in auto evaluation, cost estimates and/or repairs. They're the best, in my opinion.

Danny does a great job and is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend his service !

Rick, Tommy and Ken and the rest of the guys that fixed our truck are AWESOME!!! We have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 3.6lv6 that the oil cooler decided to quit on. We came out in mid Feb to find the truck with all the oil on the ground right before the big freeze. So we had the truck towed to Innovative where it sat for about a month while the guys worked on tracking down an impossible to find oil cooler that NOBODY had in stock and that Dodge has 40k on backorder nationwide so it was pure perseverance that Tommy got the oil cooler...and it was a Mopar part as well for the truck...once they got the part they had the truck fixed in 2 days cuz they also had to change the lower oil pan gasket and swap out some radiator hoses. Their work is quality and the pricing is fair. Great work guys!!!Thank you for giving us our truck back!!!
